• Natural language IVR

• Voice routing, chat routing, general interaction routing

• Call center experience

• Jira and Big Picture Jira experience

• Project management experience

• Experience working with Agile teams

• Determine requires of projects, programs

• Communication, facilitators and stakeholder management

• Assisting with business case

• Planning and monitoring

• Understanding business problem, converting them into requirements and transforming them into agile stories and acceptance criteria

• Requirements management and communication

• Requirements analysis

• Certification in IIBA or CBAP is a plus
