- At least 6 years of BA experience
- 2 years of experience in leading a team
- Background in software and application development
Overall understanding of the business, its strategy and objectives
Manage stakeholders’ expectations and requirements scope
Assist the PM in determining the BA accountabilities
Actively participate in the completion of project risk assessment and change management process and ensure continuous process improvement
Advise the PM on any issues/roadblocks
Participate in PR/CR prioritization meeting and BA meetings
Ensure the BA team is geared for success
Provide scheduled and ad hoc reports as necessary
Provide guidance and advice to clients in the use and implications of business analysis templates and processesAnalysis and Solution definition
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans.
Provide guidelines and procedure
Collaborate with project managers, developers, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance.Technical Documentation
