Appcentric is currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our dynamic, highly motivated Consulting Team.
At Appcentric, a business analyst works with customers and plays a lead role in the support and delivery of SAP consulting services.
We are looking for candidates that have experience as business analysts in the areas of Product Development
Gathers, develops, coordinates and maintains business requirements for various projects and/or systems, from initial phase to final implementation, assuring requirements meet standards; independently sorts low-to-medium complexity business issues to recommend appropriate direction
Emphasize on improving customer experience and QA testing activities, coordinating with key users
Prepares and presents training materials to business users
Participates in development, translating requirements to Development team members (ability to write user stories)
Analyzes root cause and supports customer issues within the Service Level Agreement (defines SLA's as needed)
Follows project methodologies, including user story definition, backlog refinement and release planning
Coordinates technical reviews with the business and software engineers
Evaluates risks associated with platforms; communicates security risks to management and business partners
Skill and Experience Requirements:
0-2 years of related experience
Proficiency in MS Office - Visio, MS Project
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Knowledge of software development methodologies
Knowledge and experience in implementing SAP ERP is a plus

Job Description :

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
