Qualifications:
● 6 to 8 years of Genesys Pure Engage (On Premise) Developer with strong understanding of CTI (Computer Telephony Integration), customer contact center environment, Genesys as a middleware component
● CTI (Computer Telephony Integration), Genesys Pure Engage (On premise), Genesys Framework, CIM, IVR, E-services, Speech miner
● Strong experience in Genesys framework version 8.0, 8.1, 8.5
● Experience on Genesys Inbound and Outbound, Deployment and troubleshooting on IRD, T-Server, SIP server and Stat Server
● Experience with eServices i.e Email / SMS / Social, GMS and Chat
● Experience with Genesys Interaction Workspace/Desktop application development for customizations
● Experience in creating, developing, & deploying routing strategy using IRD
● Good understanding on Speech miner, GIA, Knowledge, Digital, Verint WFM
● Experience in coordinating with different teams and client for technical and functional solution design.
● Confidence in a client facing role, ability to manage multiple stakeholders (Onsite and Offshore)
● Excellent presentation skill (English), client communication and relationship
● Composer/Java Experience
● Good Interpersonal, Presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills
● Should be an individual contributor and team player
● Knowledge on Google Cloud will be asset
