Job Description
Responsibilities:

- Address inbound customer calls and e-mails in a friendly and professional manner.

- Provide first level technical support to customer complaints within designated product range.

- Communicate to customers the result/s of complaint investigation by phone

Qualifications:

> Level 3 Certificate in the languages mentioned. Fluency in English is also required.

> Bachelor's Degree in any course relevant to Healthcare Services.

> Minimum of 2 years experience in a medical/clinical setting OR customer support role in healthcare industry.

>Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
