APAC Assurance Technology Administrator – Bank ConfirmationThe use of automation to gain efficiencies is a key focus of EY's Assurance practice and an integral part of the audit services we provide to our clients. The APAC Assurance Technology team collaborates with Assurance client facing teams and Global IT to deliver strategic technology solutions for a wide range of clients which include the Bank Confirmation central service offering. The service focuses on centralizing the bank confirmation process to create efficiencies and cost savings for the Assurance practice.The APAC Assurance Technology Administrator will be responsible for supporting the bank confirmation process across Asia-Pacific.The Opportunity:We are currently seeking qualified candidates for an excellent career opportunity in a dynamic team, based in the Philippines. The successful candidate will be an experienced administrator and have a reporting line to the APAC Assurance Technology Automation and Support Leader in Sydney. Key Responsibilities include:• Inputting and processing bank confirmation data through Confirmation.com.• Addressing queries from audit teams.• Liaising with audit teams, Confirmation.com and banks to resolve issues.• Identify improvements in the bank confirmation process.• Escalate issues as appropriate.• Regular reporting of bank confirmation status.Skills & Attributes for Success:• Exceptional customer service skills.• A strong attention to detail with good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.• Strong sense of accountability and proactiveness.• The ability to work independently under pressure.• A good command of English, both written and verbal.• A dedication to teamwork and an ability to build relationships with staff at all levels in person and through digital communication (Skype).• Integrity in a professional environment.Education & Experience• 1-2 years of related work experience in administrator/data processing role.• Experience in a professional services firm (however not essential).• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Suite, including MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook.
