What will my responsibilities be?
You will work alongside our senior engineers in building and supporting customer solutions on AWS.
You will assist in monitoring and managing complex AWS solutions.
You will build solution templates using AWS CloudFormation, Ansible, Python.
You will create and maintain technical documentation relating to customer solutions.
Knowledge and Skills:
Solid understanding of complex AWS CloudFormation
Solid understanding of complex Ansible
Solid understanding of Linux.
Solid understanding of Python & JSON.
Solid understanding of DevOps/Automation Tools
Understanding of common networking concepts
Good written and verbal communication skills
Personable, enthusiastic, and articulate
At least 2-3 years of solid work experience with AWS Infrastructure.
Ideal candidate must have a background working with small to medium businesses.

To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
