Job Description
  • Administer the Customer Service Mailbox in Outlook Exchange – ensures that CS inbox is receiving properly, monitors the mailbox , and reports issues encountered
  • Coordinate with appropriate resource for resolution of urgent concerns & escalate critical issues to Management
  • Understand the purpose and relevance of company policies and ensure team’s commitment to them
  • Understand all organization’s products, service, procedures and guidelines and communicate the same to all team members
  • Monitor queue and ensure tracking/monitoring of pending/unanswered emails; Notify agents of their Aux/work status, aging emails/tickets, etc.
  • Handle special accounts/escalated emails for immediate handling

Minimum Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
