Asset Management Analyst
Required Experience:

-2-3 years of IS/IT experience

-2-3 experience with ITIL - Configuration Management / Asset management / IT Financial Management

-Project Management experience

-Broad technical experience: infrastructure, wireless technologies, application support

Responsibilities:

-Assist existing team in creating end to end desktop/end point device lifecycle process

-Assist team in reducing costs associated with desktop/end point device at the company and create measurements to demonstrate success

-Prepare and implement desktop/end point device asset management policies as technology evolves

-Run and analyse daily, weekly, monthly reports to ensure data accuracy

-Compare device counts daily to ensure IMAC’s are correctly accounted for

-Liaises with CTE organization to maintain accurate desktop/end point device inventory


Required Knowledge:

-Detailed knowledge of desktop/end point device asset management and the asset lifecycle processes

-Detailed knowledge of HP Asset Center

-Working knowledge pf SCCM

-Proficiency in MS ACCESS and Excel

-Knowledge of desktop/end point device contracts and procurement methodologies

-ITIL knowledge for Service Transition

-Knowledge of asset management tools and processes

Required Skills & Abilities:

-Excellent interpersonal and communications (verbal and written) skills

-Ability to influence all levels of management including cross functional teams

-Attention to details and experience with detailed record keeping important
