Job Description:


  • Provide support on incoming queries and incidents.
  • Ensures SLA is met for each of our service desk ticket.
  • Able to monitor newly deployed systems and provide feedback to improve our service offerings.
  • Answering support calls and emails making sure that they’re all dealt with utmost priority and responded immediately.
  • Good understanding of windows environment.
  • Collect and compile required information for trade investigations.
  • Monitor and support transaction reporting
  • Monitor FIX sessions and report any outages in a timely manner
  • Have at least 4-5 years relevant industry experience Hold relevant industry qualification
  • Experience administrating mission critical applications Experience managing front office (ideally MT4) and Backoffice applications.
  • Experience with MSSQL and Message queue software
  • Experience with Enterprise service bus (ESB) solutions
  • Experience in scripting (Powershell) to automate processes, environment monitoring, and software releases.
  • Experience managing helpdesks queues
