Job Description
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Business or any related field.

• Must possess good verbal and written communication skills.

• At least 1 year experience working in Office Administration and Travel Specialist.

• Must be pleasant and have the ability to work well with senior level executives, different staff levels and house keeping staff.

• Well-organized and proactive.

• Willing to work in RBC, Ortigas 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as general administrative support and travel specialist

• Provide day to day admin assistance to Officers, Managers, and Executives - calendar meetings and prepare logistic support for meetings, take the lead in organizing client visits to Pointwest, travel arrangements, compose correspondence to clients/third parties as needed.

• Process domestic and international travel booking requests

• Process and coordinate with travel agencies for Visa Applications for various operational and management needs.

• Coordinate with and assist executives

• Support meetings ensuring that needed materials are prepared (such as documents, equipment, food, etc).

• Act as back up front office staff if needed
