Company:

The client is a Boston-based digital agency that builds products and provides services that raise business metrics.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Utilize Google Apps for email and calendar management

• Reconciliation of credit card statements

• Attend virtual meetings and taking notes

• General administrative tasks that will be assigned

Skills:

• 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role

• Must be an expert in Google Apps, Slack, and Skype.

• Must be a fluent and natural English speaker and comfortable participating and speaking on video conference calls.

• Experience doing calendar management and written communication in English.

• Most important, they must have reliable video call/conference capabilities. This will happen via Slack (most of the time) or Skype (sometimes). A quality video camera and reliable Internet is a must.

• Strong administrative support skills

• Well organized and able to work well under pressure

• Able to accomplish all appointed tasks

• Willing to work part time 4 hours a day - US EST

• Amenable to Start immediately
