Administrative Assistant - Boutique Realty Firm USA (Home Based Part Time)

Company:

The client is one of Atlanta's finest Real Estate boutique firms. Owners Diane and Shonnie offer a combined 50+ years of industry experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Monitor emails and respond to correspondence

• Broker Price Opinions/Comparative Market Analysis

• Input listings into Multiple Listing Services (GAMLS) Database

• Submit real estate contract offers on behalf of our firm,

• Monitor Contracts for the entire transaction

• Send contract to all parties including mortgage lender, attorney/title company, selling agent and sellers and buyers

• Call in Home Warranty

• Draft and send amendments upon our approval

• Provide contract/transaction assistance

• Keep up with property inspections

• Submit invoices

• Create marketing materials

• Maintain our company website

• Maintain social media post

• Maintain Constant Contact mass email campaign

• Able to create and mail postcards

• Able to create informational flyers for listings

• Contact utility companies

• Schedule utilities

• Identify utility companies for clients

• Make sure utility are paid on time

• Sending work order emails to our vendors

• Monitor vendors and ensure work order is received and completed

• Requesting completed work orders and pictures from vendors

• Notify us when to pay vendors

Skills:

• 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role

• Strong command of the English language both spoken and written

• Strong background and knowledge with working for a real estate company

• Strong organizing skills

• Strong calendar management skills

• Background in accounting or bookkeeping

• Expertise is using MS Office Applications

• Well organized and able to work well under pressure

• Willing to work part time 4 hours a day - US EST

• Amenable to start immediately
