If you are looking to build a fulfilling career and are confident you have the skills and experience to help us succeed, we want to work with you!Dimension & Scope: This position is for General Accounting and responsible in ensuring that financial reports being used internally and externally are prepared accurately and submitted timely to relevant users. This position will also manage internal and external audits and ensure deliverable deadlines are met as well as propose and implement process improvements on the areas covered. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure that journal entries are uploaded and recorded, BS Account Schedules are prepared and completed and PNL analysis is completed on time.
Review and consolidate accruals;
Monitor month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities;
Assist in the preparation of Financial Statements on a monthly and yearly basis;
Assist in the preparation of reports for submission to various government agencies such as PSA, Central Bank, etc.;
Assist in providing the required supporting documents and other information being requested for internal audit, year-end financial audit and SOX Audits;
Manage financial presentation and reporting to Head of Finance, Country Leadership and Senior Management;
Monitor each process owner on the clearing of all audit findings to ensure that these are not repeated findings in the subsequent years audits; and
Propose process improvements on the areas covered.
Education & Professional Certifications:
Bachelors degree in Accountancy
Public accounting experience with national firm desired
Working knowledge in General Accounting, Auditing and Taxation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have proficiency with various software applications programs including MS Office applications, Peoplesoft and Hyperion financial systems, SAP and Oracle systems
Ability to manage professional relationships inside and outside of the organization.
Must have analytical skills to review financial data and processes

New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
