The client is a global importer for companies from Africa, Caribbean, South and Central America who wish to do business w/ US manufacturers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Online research

Conduct phone calls

Reach out for follow ups

A bit of bookkeeping

Track payments


2 to 3 years experience in a similar role

English needs to be good (written and verbal)

Expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel

Computer Literate and tech savvy

Excellent work ethic

Quick learner

Background with Bookkeeping

Well organized and able to accomplish daily tasks

Willing to work part time 4 hours a day - US EST

Amenable to start immediately
