Handle litigation and appellate cases;
To manage the daily affairs of the Legal >Department, including but not limited to, administering company cases (Labor, Criminal, Civil);
>Draft, prepare, review pleadings, contracts, agreements, memorandums, opinions, advice and correspondence;
>To attend at conferences/hearings before judicial or quasi-judicial bodies;
>Assist management and Sr. Counsel in labor related matters, such as employee discipline, conflict, grievance and other tasks expected of the position.
>Assisting Senior Counsel in analyzing legal issues and issues related to commercial risks, and presenting clear recommendations, and assuring legal compliance;
>Undertaking legal advisory functions in relation to general corporate compliance and about laws;
>Tracking laws and regulations that are relevant to the Companys business and policies
> Graduate of 4 year course
> Must have BPO HR experience of at least 5 years
> Candidates with experience as HRO for Shared services only shall not be accepted
> Must have experience as Business partner HR in a BPO set up and not just in any HR field
> Must be willing to work in night shifts, flexible schedules
> Must be willing to commute to either location BGCCC or Alabang
> Must have excellent working experience of PowerPoint, Excel and basic MS office
> Should have team handling experience
> Bachelors Degree Holder in Accountancy
>At least 5 years working experience
>Must have experience in Order to Cash
>Must have experience working in a BPO company
>Must have experience managing a team
>Willing to work on Nightshift and in Taguig
