Responsibilities of call center agent:

Professionally listen closely to and sort out client issues and escalate as appropriate

Obtain and take a look at all specific information and facts to work with inquiries and complaints

Solve difficulties and respond to concerns swiftly, proficiently and courteously

  • Completed of 2 years College Education
  • Cantonese Proficient both oral and written
  • Call Center experience is an advantage but not required 
  • Must be computer savvy
  • Must be willing to work ASAP
