- You will need to be able to converse in fluent Japanese able to write in Keigo Japanese to email customer. - You are required to speak in average English to deal with people from different nationalities. - You should have basic travel knowledge to recommend customer on the attraction, restaurant to visit, place to visit etc. - You should have good communications skills with good customer service mindset. - We are going to expand the team into 150 Japanese in near future. - Training will be provided, there will be trainer, coacher, senior and team leader to guide you along the way. - Must be willing to work in Malaysia.

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
