Job Description
- You will need to be able to converse in fluent Japanese able to write in Keigo Japanese to email customer.
- You are required to speak in average English to deal with people from different nationalities.
- You should have basic travel knowledge to recommend customer on the attraction, restaurant to visit, place to visit etc.
- You should have good communications skills with good customer service mindset.
- We are going to expand the team into 150 Japanese in near future.
- Training will be provided, there will be trainer, coacher, senior and team leader to guide you along the way.
- Must be willing to work in Malaysia.
