Job Description

    • Gather and document business requirements 
    • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for the business and clients 
    • Communicate analysis and interpretation to appropriate audience 
    • Produce, publish and distribute scheduled and ad-hoc client and operational reports relating to the development and performance of products, processes and technologies 
    • Understand the myriad of Tivoli Workload Scheduler & Production Control processes and translate operational data & reporting needs to new business intelligence & reporting solutions in Tableau 
    • Present Tableau solutions to leadership and modify solutions based on user feedback 
    • Maintain Tableau reports & analysis and work on enhancements to existing reports or creating new reports based on business needs 
    • Create high-impact, meaningful analytics (e.g. heat maps, KPI's, bullet graphs, motion charts etc.) in Tableau to help the business make informed decisions 
    • Create Tableau reports that provide business with easy to understand patterns, visuals and KPI's
