ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Day to day end user support for the Alere ServiceNow environment.
-Diagnosing, analyzing and resolving issues efficiently.
-Design and build Reports to support processes and functionality.
-Assist with integrations of groups and other Alere entities onto ServiceNow.
-Assist with integrations of ServiceNow to other business systems and tools (e.g., SCCM).
-Assist with the creation of Service Catalog Items and underlying workflows to support the Request Fulfillment process.
-Provide training to users on system usage and standard Alere processes supported by the tool.
-Maintain ServiceNow process related documentation, including functional and configuration support documentation for any solutions delivered.
-Abide by all GIS Policies and Procedures pertaining to security of data, the network and its applications, proper account access and management, and general Standard Operating Procedures.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
-At least 1 yr ServiceNow administrator experience
- A broad understanding of ServiceNow functionality and can create/configure/customized reports, dashboards, workflows and groups in ServiceNow
- Understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and LDAP
- An understanding of the following technologies:
o Windows Operating Systems (XP, 7, Server 2003/2008/2012)
o Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical skills
-Excellent customer service skills and an ability to deal effectively with customers and colleagues at all levels.
-Able to learn new processes quickly, and an ability to keep knowledge and skills up to date.
-Graduate of any IT related course
