- Provide QA support and improvement on existing QA system - Responsible for the entire test life cycle from requirements analysis and test case development up to reporting of defects - Keep the QA Lead and the project team aware of the quality status of software development projects during the entire software development life cycle - Participate in software design planning and reviews, testing, configuration control, problem reporting and resolution, and change control - Interface with Developers, Business Analyst, other QA Specialists, clients representatives and other members of the project organization - Responsible for creating Users Manual and Audio-Visual Tutorials - Responsible for assisting client during UAT and Go Live phase
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with at least 2-3 years experience in software testing and a sound understanding of the software development process and product lifecycle. - Understanding of system design, business requirements, and functional specifications - Experience defining techniques for measurement and monitoring of quality standards - Experience in the development of test strategies, test plans, execution of tests according to plans - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Working knowledge of Windows environment - Windows Servers, SQL Server, SharePoint, MS Office - Working experience with Visual Studio Test Manager and TFS - Experience in testing Windows and Web-based applications built or being developed with .NET platform - Experienced in performing the following types of testing: o Functional Testing o Data Validation o Regression Testing o Integration Testing o Performance Testing
