- travel arrangements (visa, flights, accommodation, transfers)
- calendar management
- expense liquidations and filing
- screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
- meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
- liaising with other staff, clients, and suppliers
- perform other administrative tasks as assigned


- proficient in Microsoft office programs specifically outlook, PowerPoint, excel and word
