Job Requirements:

Graduate of 4 year course preferably from reputable schools.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Managerial Role.

With proven People Management and leadership skills exposure.

Must have an experience in Property, Casualty, and Specialty Insurance.

With background working for a BPO Company

With excellent written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills
