Duties and responsibilities:
• Sourcing and networking for Functional, and Technical positions.
• Call outs and screening interviews
• Endorsements and submissions to leads and hiring managers.
• Salary negotiations
• Monitoring, tracking and updating applicants
• Generation and maintenance of production reports.
• Maintain recruitment reports and submit on given deadline
• Preferably with IT / Corporate Recruitment experience
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
• Pleasing personality / good communication skills
• Team player, and keen to details
• Smart worker and should have the initiative to perform to the best of his or her ability
