Job Description
Responsible for full cycle recruitment and staffing objectives for both contract and permanent placement opportunities.

Manages the beginning to end recruiting process within the business; implements sourcing strategies within the business, screens candidates, provides a short list of candidates, coordinates interviews, created offer letters, and facilitates relocation if needed.

Counsels with managers on the hiring process and ensure that managers are in compliance with corporate and government policy.

Provide support on hiring initiatives where there is hiring impact.

Uses significant business knowledge and subject matter expertise to contribute to the execution of the recruiting strategy, including talent attraction, hiring, relocation and the contingent workforce

Achieve aggressive high-volume recruiting goals under tight deadlines.

Network and establish formal linkages/relationships with key IT organizations

Cultivate partnerships with universities, local government, and volunteer/community organizations in order to sustain the network of support among their constituents.

Organize live recruitment events and Career Fairs as well as Industry Site Visits for Manila for graduating students from provincial colleges and universities as part of 1hubs ongoing applicants cultivation initiatives.

Create job descriptions and post jobs on various job sites and databases.

Researching databases, contacting, sourcing, selecting, meeting and interviewing candidates to understand their interest, motivation, career plan, technical and behavioral skills.

Preparing qualified slate of prospective candidates to businesses along with supporting recommendations.

Co-ordinate presentation of candidates to prospective LOB's and departments.

Working with our corporate recruitment partners/clients to ensure the offer negotiation and process is optimized and operating within the constraints of our client's standards, protocols and expectations.

Coordinating and informing candidates on criteria, Job offers, contracts and terms of employment.

Support and collaborate with other recruiters by imparting your knowledge, experience and skills with the objective of ensuring that 1hub Consulting Corporation operates at high-performing levels.

Coordinate relationship with clients, including position evaluation, presentation, negotiation, placement, performance follow up, problem resolution and potential termination of the placed candidates.

Recruitment SLA and quota per month would be strictly implemented
