• Monitor operational targets and objectives towards achieving/exceeding SLAs and client expectations and ensure production goals within client SLA’s as well as Turn Around Time, Accuracy, and Compliance are met
• Analyze and identify performance and prepare contingency plans or anticipatory measures
• Perform governance/1on1 calls with clients on a regular basis and serve as point of escalation for client concerns
• Submit monthly feedback for weekly/monthly quadrant update within balanced scorecard
• Monitor operational statistics and reporting trends, including reports, production statistics and volume projections, and take appropriate action to ensure customer needs are satisfied and growth targets are met
• Develop a self-driven culture leading to first time resolution of customer issues/service requests and simplified processes
• Maintain staffing levels: recruits, selects, and hires processors while coordinating with recruitment team to ensure timelines are met
• Incorporate and analyze portfolio-wise dashboards and performance trackers to ensure adherence on meeting/exceeding client SLAs and stakeholders expectations are met (internal/external)
• Mentors Deputy Managers/Team Leads/Team Coaches to achieve professional development and ensure that the same is done to their direct reports. Daily engagement with employees and team leads to identify clear expectations for daily work needing to be delivered
• Conduct performance appraisals and manage the organizational development of the department including identifying the training requirement for different staff and cross-training opportunities
• Manage employee attrition, absenteeism and tardiness to prevent termination by promoting an enjoyable working environment while still achieving/exceeding targets
• Forecast possible growth opportunities by offering value-adds and process improvements to clients
• Submit necessary performance reports and governance decks required for documentation, audit and back-up purposes
• Demonstrate ownership on open deliverables and activities assigned by management
• Ensuring all policies(internal/external) are adhered to including data information security, people & process
• Interacts and consults with HR and Training on matters of recruiting, hiring and training, performance and employee relations issues
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 2-3 years Managerial/Assistant Manager role
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Taguig.
  • Preferably 2-3 years experience as Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
