RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Arrange and issue new insurance policies and/or create change/s to existing insurance policies in relation to the Insurance Products as per the Customer’s instructions.
  • Can demonstrate strong active listening skills & probing; able to display solution-focused approach & professionalism at a time when insurance policy holders are likely upset and under stress.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • At least Second Year in College with NO back subjects;
  • Preferably with experience in Australian and/or UK Accounts; Collections, Sales/Upselling, Insurance (non-life/life);
  • EXCELLENT English Communication Skills;
  • Ability to MULTI-TASK and ADAPT to any situation;
  • At least 2 YEARS Call Center Experience is an ADVANTAGE;
  • Amenable to work in Northgate Cyberzone, Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
