Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members to their optimum performance levels and career development
  • Collaborate with US teams and Manila teams to clarify the goals, deliverables and timelines
  • Work with Manila teams to ensure high quality deliverables within agreed upon timelines
  • Help team members solve technical and non-technical problems
  • Monitor teams’ and individuals’ performance and attendance
  • Participate and develop product roadmap, budget and training plans for team members
  • Take ownership of critical projects and/or production issues
  • Able to perform system requirement analysis and design documentation as needed.
  • Understand and enforce software development process and software development life cycle.
  • Communicate with coworkers, management, staff, customers, and others in a courteous and professional manner.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • BS/BA in computer science, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of five years of varied systems experiences including a minimum of 4 years at management level.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team development skills.
  • Experience with systems design and development from business requirements analysis through to day-to-day management.
  • Knowledge of and demonstrated experience in project management processes.
  • Knowledge and demonstrated experience in the development project lifecycle. Expert in SDLC methodologies.
  • Proven experience in IT planning, organization and development.
  • Superior understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • In depth understanding of object oriented programming and relational database programming.
  • Willing to work in Pioneer, Mandaluyong.
  • Willing to work on a night shift.
