Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Loan Admin Agents are responsible for quality checking and processing loan applications that have been assigned to them by the team in Melbourne. 
  • Providing updates to the key parties in the application process lenders, Loan Studio brokers and referral partners. 
  • Provide a first class customer service experience to our Loan Studio Customers 
  • Resolve basic progress/tracking issues by identifying the issue, determining the cause of the issue, and explaining the issue to the relevant party 
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information. 
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing metrics set by the Team Leader/Operations Manager 
Qualifications:

  • At least high school graduate 
  • Excellent English language communication skills, good comprehension and listening skills 
  • Financial/Home, Personal/Car Loan processing experience is an advantage 
  • Ability to work under pressure 
  • Critical attention to data matching and error rates 
  • Strong sense of accountability on agreed KPIs 
  • Willing and able to maintain an appropriate standard of professionalism 
  • Demonstrated capacity to work effectively within a team and an ability to manage the same team in the future. 
  • A high level of PC competence, typing skills and accuracy
