Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

  • Day to day administration of the Get Quotes system. 
  • Reading jobs to make sure there is sufficient detail. 
  • Liaising directly with consumers as required to refine job requests if necessary. 
  • Assigning jobs to relevant categories. 
  • Inviting relevant tradies to quote on job requests 
  • Liaising with trades professionals as required 
  • Monitoring the system to ensure jobs are being attended to. 
  • Updating the system with relevant notes. 
Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Strong administrative experience. 
  • Proven ability to liaise effectively with consumers. 
  • Operating effectively in a high volume environment. 
  • Working with systems. 
  • Experience with Australian accounts.

  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service. 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Takes initiative 
  • Quick learner 
  • Resilient under pressure and in dealing with difficult customers. 
Key Performance Indicators:

  • 50% of job to invite to occur in five minutes. 
  • Follow up job actioned within 24 hours. 
  • 98% of the jobs correctly advertised. 
  • Chats responded to within 30 minutes. 
  • Out of hours chats responded to within the 1st hour of the next business day 
  • Spelling and grammar to be accurate.
