Work with large, complex data: facts, figures and numbers. Solve difficult, non-routine analysis problems, applying advanced analytical methods as needed.
Conduct end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering and requirements specification, processing, analysis, ongoing deliverables, and presentations.
Interact cross-functionally with a wide variety of people and teams. Work closely with others to identify opportunities for improvements to processes and services.
Make business recommendations (e.g. cost-benefit, forecasting, experiment analysis) with effective presentations of findings at multiple levels of stakeholders through visual displays of quantitative information.
Research and develop analysis, forecasting, and optimization methods and tools to improve the quality of processes and services.
Have outstanding analytical ability and relevant experience in statistical data analysis such as linear models, multivariate analysis, stochastic models and sampling methods. Analytical engagements outside class work while at school can be included.
Must have deep interest in mathematics and statistics and must be willing to work in data oriented atmosphere
Demonstrates strong attention to details to ensure accuracy and completeness of tasks
Proficient in applications such as MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
Have experience with statistical software such as R, MATLAB, Minitab and SAS

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
