Job Description

Our team is currently hiring for Customer Service Representatives and Technical Support Representatives! Develop your customer care skills through excellently handling customers queries by delivering well-rounded and quality customer attention all of the time, applying learned expertise and procedures when servicing consumer queries, ensuring customer satisfaction in all transactions, professionally listening and addressing customers problems. We want you to be part of our growing team!

Job Responsibilities:

Apply perfected understanding and measures when assisting client queries

Ensure client 100 % satisfaction in all transactions

Ownership of client demands and additionally follow up to assure a resolution was provided

Maintain a competent and polite temperament when conversing with consumers and peers

Perform any duties as they are assigned

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree.

No work experience required.

Excellent English language conversation skills

Computer and Web proficient

Willing to deliver the results in Ortigas and be designated to changing work schedules.
