Job Description
Job Responsibilities:

Handles the administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the teams deliverables.

Communicate and build client relationship.

Updates, encodes, and maintains the teams spreadsheet and database.

Assist or administers promotional events or activities for employees and resources.

Creates and consolidates reports by compiling, and summarizing information through graphs and presentations.

In charge with the contract renewals of employees and resources.

Other needed tasks from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Graduate of 4 year course preferably in Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing and Management courses.

Minimum of 1 year experience in the related field.

Data Entry and Reporting skills

Above average written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in MS Office Applications

Willing to do field works and willing to work in extended hours
