Job Description
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant 
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures 
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular) 
  • Attention to detail 
  • Excellent written and reporting skills 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Responsibilities:
  • Performs a variety of reporting functions and uses word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software.
  • Filing and other data entry tasks
