Job Description
Regular Tasks:
  • Prepare documents and contracts necessary to the accreditation of a potential client
  • Serve as the company's initial representative for potential clients
  • Maintain a database log of all client calls and meetings and timely report submission
  • Assist in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed
  • Demonstrate technical selling skills and excellent product knowledge
  • Demonstrate the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and key decision makers
  • Ensure that client requests are properly attended to and should be within the company's standards
  • Demonstrates the ability to gather and submit detailed business information for pricing, and presentation of solutions to identified prospects' business problems
  • Achieve department and management targets
  • Work closely with the Department Head during pre- and post-implementation of sales-related programs and activities designed for Service Payors and Service Providers in the healthcare industry
  • Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments
  • Perform other duties as specified by senior officers and/or immediate superior
Qualifications for the Position:
  • Female/male, not more than 30 years old
  • Graduate of a 4-year degree course - Business and IT background an advantage
  • With at least 1-2 years Corporate Sales or Account Management experience in the healthcare or insurance industry is a plus
  • Can close deals during business negotiations
  • Confident in dealing with middle and top management
  • With above average oral and written communication, interpersonal relations and sales negotiation skills
  • Must possess high level of professionalism, integrity and has pleasing personality
  • People-oriented, willing to travel and learn new ideas
  • Persistent, flexible and a team player
  • Can work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimum supervision
  • Ability to develop and deliver sales presentations
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and focused
